The selection of raw materials, process, mold designs, equipment, all has led to high performance at an economic price. All manufacturing process are manned by highly qualified, experienced and innovative staff minutely looking after each and every aspect of operation. All alluminium components like Bearing Block, Shuttle Body are pressure die-casted in special LM6 Grade material having perfect contours, dimensional accuracy, structural stability and high precision. The Polypropylene and Glass-filled Nylon based molded products like Levers, Chonchoid Roller, Insertion Finger Holder,Creel Assembly, Brake, etc. are being produced on Advanced Injection Moulding Machines using specially-developed molds assuring accurate sizes and compactness. We have developed and set up our own indigenious Mold Manufacturing facility with latest Mold designing, developing and tooling equipments to cater to our requirement of different types of Molds.
The company in consideration of the high demand of cast polyurthane spares, like Shuttle Wheels, Cam Roller, Excentre Rolls, Chonchoid Rollers etc. for the Circular Looms has set up an independent Unit with the latest Cast PU Dispensing Machines from M/s. Baule, Franc, Customized PU raw materials are sourced from M/s. Chemtura, USA. We have 20 CNC Turning Centres from M/s. Yamazaki Mazaki, Japan to ensure accuracy & precision within 10 Microns alongwith 3 Vertical Milling Centre from FANUC (JAPAN), EXCEL (SINGAPORE) with automatic pallet changer & HURCO (USA) with fourth axis rotary indexing table to manufacture Winder Cams in Steel & Nylon.
